Gorillaz Challenge Day 16: Least favorite album?

Keywords: least favorite. Plastic Beach, it was a great album, but I felt most of the songs took the theme too literally and it seemed too much of an offshoot of what they had been about musically and visually (in contrast with the other albums).

Gorillaz Challenge 15: Favorite Gorillaz album?

As I said before, I hate singling out things, but for the sake of this challenge I’ll probably have to say Demon Days. It’s this album since I feel that it really defined Gorillaz musically and visually. I really like how theatrical the album is and how the songs are fitted in the right places. On the image idea, I think that it really went well with their band image because there’s always been a mix of darkness and light heartedness that’s been present in the band’s story and artwork and that went well with the post-apocalyptic theme and the social commentary in the album. Besides, the majority of my favourite songs from them are on it.
